Most orders ship the same or next business day. In rare cases, some orders are shipped within a 48 business hour window.

Subscriptions: If you're purchasing a subscription, please note that new monthly subscription orders placed after the 21st of the month will be shipped on the 1st business day of the following month. All following subscription orders will then be shipped on the 1st business day of each month until cancelled.

We're committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience, which is why we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. For returns, and exchanges we offer the option to add package protection (from loss, damage, and theft) as well as free return or exchange shipping for a small fee at time of checkout. If you elect not to add package protection/free return shipping to your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. *Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders, but package protection and free return shipping does if elected at checkout.
